Feelings | A feeling is something you physically feel inside them little churns in the stomach the tummy ache, such things as chemical like drugs and alcohol stop the human body from being able to navigate these feeling. This is why addicts have to be retrained on how to feel these physical feelings, the good thing here is that when you start to work on your energy you will feel these wonderful feelings at full strength. |
Judgement | When we judge we have a deep emotional attachment to it this term affects our emotions if we are being judged, but if we are doing the judging imagine what the other person, place or thing is feeling. We don’t even realise we are doing it most of the time we just do it in conversations to each other, but more often than not when you feel you need to judge something it is really a time when you should be looking at the trigger associated with that judgement. And then in turn you process the emotions connected to that trigger its quite simple isn’t it everything is connected in the world of energy and once you have opened yourself up to energy you really start to see the big picture. |
Understanding | To be energetically connected you need to be able to understand that everything is connected through energy, if we are all one love one source energy then it makes sense that we should understand that not everyone is the same and use that understanding to heal our judgement of things therefore healing the triggers and emotions connected too. So understanding the reason that person cut you of in there car on the fwy is simple, you don’t know what that person has going on in there life to do this is where you use balance to work on your understanding. |
Confidence | This topic is entangled in the others in emotional connection to source because we loose confidence through judgement we are scared of rejection, rebuilding your confidence again can take time after so long of hiding your light. You were born to be confident and rise above this. The beautiful thing about energy is that every subject you master in this information will open the door to the next, so in other words once you're ready you will become your confident self the more you heal. |
Discipline | Discipline is needed the whole way through learning about energy because you in a world that lures you into the dark with temptation and desire, discipline is at the very heart of your soul are you strong enough to resist the temptation? Once your discipline is built strong it will be hard to beat but you must continue to practice it, the universe will try and stop you but this topic is where you make a stand and prove that your stronger. |
Respect | You need to learn to respect yourself hold that close to your heart because respect is important to build yourself back up from the ashes, we loose respect for ourselves by not setting boundaries letting people abuse us and letting them into our personal space. As you open yourself up to the healing work your doing you will reflect on this topic to start thinking about respect, you’ll learn to show it to everything and everyone no matter how they have treated you because this is your spiritual self your inner being has been waiting for. |
Temptation | We need to learn to do to battle with temptation and all these topics that im talking about are all connected each one serving the next until they are all out of control, but if you work on them one by one in your healing journey you will discover the exit from the matrix that is. Now temptation is always there tempting us to lash out and buy shit we don’t need, encouraging us to spend money but we don’t even realise the more money we spend the more we hurt our world. This is why these few healing topics are important there opening your perception and reality to the more important topic and that’s your spirit. |
Desire | This is one of the most powerful emotions of all our desire for thing, people and places keeps us stuck in the matrix, the desire to act on our addiction or lower dimensional behaviour. Behaviour that throws us on course that keeps us on our knees not being able to find our way back. But with energetic work we can do the deep seeded work to achieve a life free of desire where you learn to balance yourself while using your awareness and mindfullness to change the patterns of thinking that act on desire. |
Forgiveness | Forgiveness is not for anyone else but yourself if you open your perception to the thought that energy is everything and judgement holds you back. Then you can see that everyone is living there own existence in the matrix you can not control anyone’s thinking all you can do is heal yourself. In this forgiveness is freeing your mind from any trauma that has happened in your life, instead of carrying the burden of the pain of your trauma use it as strength for improvement. That’s why forgiveness is just letting go forgiving yourself and the people who have done wrong to you, so you can grow as a human being. |
Loneliness | It is something we feel because we have been conditioned to seek validation from someone else when all we need to be is strong enough in the mind and free enough to not need anyone to depend on. Why is it that we feel we need someone else just to feel comfortable? Because we cant handle sitting with our thoughts and feelings, think about it if you felt happy and content with yourself you would not feel depressed or any other negative emotion which is where our loneliness stems from pure emotional state. But if we where connected enough to go with the flow and balance our negative and positive emotions we would find the peace our mind desires taking the need for Loneliness away and be happy. |
Music | So music is a really good way of exploring your emotions because if you listen to the story that is being told in the song; and you feeling the feelings attached to the music then you will in turn be able to name the emotions connected to that feeling being able to heal any triggers that may come up from that particular song. I find myself doing what everybody else does getting so caught up in the emotions of the music that I bring about my own triggers and don’t heal them, so instead I decided to look at it in a different way and process what I was listening to. It’s really refreshing and is a very healthy way of working through my emotional self to produce a stronger mind. |
