The MindIn the subject of the mind we are exploring the war on consciousness. If you cant master your mind then you will not be able to go into combat for the rest, here we are building the warrior that you are! We are freeing you from yourself and that's all it is and the only war that exists, you the human are so powerful you can create your whole world with just your mind; how special is that! Mental stability can decide and determine how your whole life is created. Here we are trying to get you to unlearn the patterns of the past, breaking you down stripping you bare until there is nothing left and the ego is defeated! Then the real work starts we rebuild a super human; someone that is kind and compassionate but strong like a lion not taking any shit from anyone but understands everyone else’s point of view becoming the master of their world. The most special person in their reality and that in fact is themselves. Because your happiness is important and special, as well as what is needed in this world at this point of human evolution the world needs more kind and connected people just like you in it! | |
Mindfulness | Awareness | This is the first step to recovering someone who has been put under mental strain of any kind, it takes determination and discipline like all of this reading I’m going to supply you with. Mindfulness means you are aware of the thought and question it before you act on a thought or even building it to say no I won’t do that, Awareness is being aware of your thoughts enough to be able to catch yourself the more you practice these two techniques the better you will become. Until after 12 weeks you will have built healthy habit to go with these two techniques. Now it doesn’t finish there, because our world is full of temptation you need to be careful that you don’t get drawn into something else. So this is a life choice you must continue to practice these techniques through out your life to keep yourself on track. |
Emotional Intelligence | This topic is very important it’s about building your inner being the soul that you really are, now because your emotions are connected to just about everything we do it makes sense that you should be able to name them. Now when you are identifying an emotion your looking for the feeling that you feel in your tummy, and then obviously the physical sign of an emotion laughter, tears these sorts of things. After that you will be able to identify the emotion connected which is happy, sad or even depressed. Once you can identify the emotions you now need to learn how to communicate them in a healthy way, for example; 'I felt sad when you hit me before'. Most people that are emotionally unstable tend to be mentally unwell as well, but the secret to overcoming the mental issue is learning first how to identify the emotions then how to communicate as well as how to process them in a healthy way. |
Meditation | A lot of people underestimate the value of meditation; this practice is important, it needs to be learnt not only for Manifestation but over all physical and mental health of the human body, you see what you think you become. If you where to silence the mind so much that you floated. And then where about to balance as well as mix your thoughts in a way that it changed your frequency that you where on, you would there for be able to heal yourself through controlled thought. Not saying that's all you need to do it’s just one of the pieces of the puzzle, now meditation is training your mind to not think at all a lot of time, focus and discipline is needed to accomplish a healthy mind but as you practice you get stronger, be patient! When you first start out it’s all about trying to stop them thoughts but as you get better you need to introduce breath-work, so circular breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, this will eventually be used to focus by just doing the breathing without thinking about the breathing if that makes sense. Practice makes perfect but with discipline you can master this while mastering your thoughts, absolute bliss! |
Triggers | A trigger can be defined as something that has given you emotional trauma in the past and until you fully heal these triggers you will continue to suffer mental, physically, emotionally and spiritually. You see this world is built on triggers past memories and the trauma associated with these memories will keep you stuck, the lucky thing is that through CBT and the other topics I mentioned above you can overcome these blockages. After all this is all they are, the universe will keep replaying these triggers in your life until you are completed until you are strong enough to heal working through them one by one until there is nothing left but pure happiness that you feel in your heart and trust me you’ll feel it. But triggers are much more than this mostly built up of the judgement of yourself, people, places and things you see this life is all connected and the more your do this soul searching for your ascension you will see it is simple but complex. I’m trying to explain all of this in simple words that the people that read it will understand no matter there walk of life. |
Childhood Trauma | Now trauma can be anything that has affected you emotionally and if you are triggered by anything that is caused by a feeling that turns into an emotional response as a child, then you will create childhood trauma because our minds at a young age are incapable of processing these parts of our minds therefore our souls we carry them with us into adulthood which then turns into behaviour that we then adapt to or become used to the coping with these in sometimes unhealthy ways which creates the demons within. |
The Subconscious Mind | The subconscious mind is a very very interesting and complex part of human existence, this part of your mind is exactly what it names itself sub conscious which means it is build on habits and behaviours that have been instilled in you over your whole life the unhealthy parts of your soul. Your emotional and connected soul is influenced by your sub conscious mind. It’s like you have the devil on one side and the angel on the other the sub conscious mind is your devil, it leads you from what your soul desires and that it to be true to it self the eternal flame that you really are. Are you man or woman enough to go to war with yourself to defeat your demons not for anyone else but for you because you are important and your dreams are your soul creating this world now fight! |
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy 'CBT' | The practice of CBT is the essence of escaping the matrix that is this world, let me explain your triggers are brought on by an emotional response that has been brought on by the feelings attached to it which then creates a memory. So like a computer our mind saves all these memories and they can not be cleared until you practice CBT the idea behind CBT is to heal your mind through natural or holistic methods, now CBT best practiced is where you bring up a memory could be anything that has caused you trauma in your life you will no already what that memory is. Then you revisit the memory bringing forward any emotion connected to that memory so you can physically feel the emotion or emotions connected with that memory, and as you do this you are letting go of the memory and trauma associated with the memory. As you do this many times over for the one memory you do it until there is nothing left to feel then you are healed from this trauma, then you can move onto the next one by the end of it you will feel so much relief mentally. |
