The PhysicalWe are talking about your temple, your real house, the human body. If you don’t look after it who’s going to? The human body is such a beautiful thing it has the ability to heal it self but it is only what we put in our mouths or expose ourselves to that determines how our body heals. So it makes sense that if we show our bodies the kindness that it deserves then our bodies will in fact show us gratitude in response to our kindness, now some people take it to far running of envoy or just doing it to look a certain way. But truth be told we are all different and we need to except that one part of our bodies may not look the way we want it to but shit we are not ugly be any means! Stop looking at your flaws and remember that there are beautiful parts to every single one of us so be kind in this part of the process allow yourself to be not perfect, because in the eyes of your loved ones you are in fact beautiful in every way. |
Diet | When it comes to your diet you have choices to make and this is where you will use discipline, your spirit as well as your knowing to make the better decisions on your diet, you can choose to act on desire which is one of the evil parts of our mind that holds us back from reaching our full potential. Now a well balanced diet is needed to produce enlightenment and to ascend not to overboard in this area is the key to being healthy but happy at the same time, so let us begin meat is OK to eat but we must remember that meat takes a long time to be processed in the body so it’s best to be eaten every two to three days giving the body enough time to digest it. Vegetables everyday and salads along with grains and nuts to fill your bellies enough to energise your body so as it doesn’t gain weight or loose to much weight, remembering that each vegetable and salad has a different colour and texture which means they have different healing powers for different parts of the body. Such things as sugar and animal products linger around in the blood stream causing damage to our cells as well as our arteries which is not good in the long there that’s why we get sick in later life, the more positive point is that with building awareness around what you feed your body will help you in the long run to build a better future for yourself. |
Stretching | Stretching is another way to improve blood flow through the body stretching every morning before going about your day helps to get blood flow through your cells, because when we work we believe we are giving ourselves plenty of movement during the day but without blood flow reaching every part of our body the muscles become weak so stretching is important for overall health of our temple our body. |
Exercise | With exercise we don’t need to be a muscle man or woman just fit and healthy, working certain muscle groups is for people who want to body build I find that working every muscle in the body is best creating a fit as well as strong body. Because your body has muscle memory when you feel it getting to used to a certain exercise all you need to do is add more weight to your gym exercise to push the body to another level opening it up to better strength training, walking everyday is a great way for self reflection while you get fit because this is where you will do most of your practice on catching yourself bringing yourself back to the present moment refocusing yourself for the day. Some people like to run but I find this hard on the body and it can be an intense way of exercise that can enlarge the heart which is not good for the body long term, this is why simple is best during the hunter gathering days they spent little time running and more time walking please remember this when you are planning your exercise routine. |
Water | Our bodies are made up of mostly water our world relies on water to survive without this precious resource we can’t survive, so it only makes sense that our water intake is the key to flushing toxins out of our body improves blood production as well. Now most misleading information is that to much water and you will drown I’m here to tell you different, I drink four litres of water a day and not just any water it has to be pure water no chemicals in it. Your looking to give your body as much help as it needs to survive freeing it from the toxic way of life and opening your perception up to the possibility of becoming your spiritual self opening the doors to the never ending possibilities that through all these topics you can heal yourself and the people around you just by shining your light by showing what needs to be done being the result. |
Natural Remedies | This subject explains it self there are so many different herbs and spices for natural healing the things that where used in the old times that take a little longer to work but are better for you and have so many healing properties, the key to it is educating yourself on different recipes and sharing it with the people you love. For me my sister is the keeper of these remedies she has so much knowledge of what to use when your immune system is compromised and that’s all sickness is! If you follow these teaching in every step you will have an indestructible immune system and the remedies will help you if your energy is high but your immune system has taken a hit. Remedies are there for you to access but they are there to let your immune system do most of the work this is energy and your using your vibration as your first weapon of defence. |
Chemicals | Chemicals are all around us in the water in our food in our homes in the air now its important to realise that we cant take all of them away because our world needs some of this to build our immune systems thats why they are so strong the resistance to chemicals creates our immune systems, but what if i was to tell you that using energy and taking as much of these chemicals from your everyday life you can infact heal yourself and improve every parts of your temple your body. Now chemicals are not just the obvious like the sprays we have they can be animal products clogging our arteries or the alcohol, cigarettes and drugs we consume. Anything can turn into a chemical and if you decide to go to war i will go into more detail but you have to make the decision. |
Purification | Now purification is caring and being kind to your body treating it as if it was the god you have been searching for all your life, you see some people like to take it to seriously and get lost in vanity this is not being kind, kindness to your body is being ok with your beautiful curves to look at yourself and say i may not think that my body is perfect but there is someone special out there that think i am! Now getting back to purification its about feeding yourselves plenty of nutrients and water not to be skinny and perfect but to feel comfortable in your own skin while looking after yourself. Freeing your body from chemical in balance like not using harmful chemicals on your skin like make up, fake tan, or harmful body washes that do nothing but smell nice take care of your temple people it is so important. |
